Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns/cancellations or exchanges. For tracking please email us on care@janasya.com

We inspect the quality of each product twice before dispatch to ensure the size, quality, and shade are up to standard.  

An uneven weave, print or stitch should not be considered a problem for handmade items, as it will certainly not show constant uniformity like an industrial item.   

Despite these variables, at Janasya, we stand behind the top quality of our items, and we allow exchange (for eligible item groups) if you are not satisfied with our product for the following reasons:  

  1. If a wrong size or product was sent out from our end, please mail us on care@janasya.us within 48 hours of delivery of the item. Our representative will call you within 24-48 hours and offer a replacement. 
  2. Beyond any manufacturing flaws or errors on our end, items can be returned for store credit only, which can be used to purchase any product from https://janasya.us. 

      3 For any other reason, you are not eligible for any return after the order is placed.
